To start your day in faith (inspired by traditional Catholic morning offerings and today’s readings from 1 John 5:14-21, which speak of confidence in God, protection from evil, and belonging to Him):Heavenly Father,
As this new day begins in the light of Your Son’s revelation,
I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of January 10, 2026.
Through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
unite them to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
and the intentions of Your Church. Grant me confidence in Your will, as St. John teaches:
that if I ask anything according to Your purpose, You hear me.
Protect me from the Evil One,
and help me decrease so that Christ may increase in my life today. May I praise You with joy, as in today’s Psalm:
“The Lord takes delight in His people.” I ask this through Christ our Lord.
