Catholic Prayer for January 30, 2026

Heavenly Father,
Creator of heaven and earth,
on this Friday in Ordinary Time, I thank You for the gift of this new day and for Your unending mercy.

As the Kingdom of God grows like seed scattered on the ground—silently, steadily, by Your power—help me to trust in Your hidden work in my life.

Lord Jesus, You taught that the smallest seed can become the greatest of shrubs, providing shelter for many. Plant in my heart the seed of faith, hope, and love.

Let it grow through prayer, through acts of charity, and through patient endurance. Forgive my sins, as David sought Your mercy, and guide me away from temptation and wrongdoing.

Holy Spirit, come and nurture the Kingdom within me. Help me to bear fruit that lasts: patience in trials, kindness to others, and courage to share Your Gospel.

May my small efforts today join the great harvest of souls.I offer this day to You, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary:
my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings,
in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world,
for the intentions of Your Sacred Heart,
for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins,
the reunion of all Christians,
and for the particular intentions of our Holy Father this month.

Saint Martina (or any saint you honor today), pray for us.
Guardian Angel, watch over me.
