Morning Offering (Traditional Daily Catholic Prayer)
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day
for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart,
in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world,
for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins,
the reunion of all Christians,
and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month.
Amen.
Short Reflection & Prayer for Today (Inspired by the Gospel – Mark 3:13-19)
Lord Jesus, You went up the mountain and called those You wanted, appointing the Twelve to be with You and to proclaim Your message.
Like the Apostles, You call each of us by name today—not by force, but with love—to be close to You, to share in Your mission, and to bring Your light to others.
Help me respond generously to Your call this day. Grant me the grace to spend time in Your presence, to listen to Your voice amid the busyness, and to live single-mindedly for Your Kingdom.
Through the intercession of St. Vincent, who boldly witnessed to the faith even in suffering, and St. Marianne Cope, who served the outcast with heroic charity, strengthen me to follow You faithfully.
Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make my heart like Yours.
Mary, Mother of the Church, pray for us.
St. John Bosco, pray for us!
Our Father… Hail Mary… Glory Be…
