CV NEWS FEED // EWTN will broadcast the 22nd annual Worldwide Children’s Holy Hour to over 160 countries and territories at 10 a.m. Eastern Time on May 13, the feast of Our Lady of Fatima.
The Holy Hour is organized by apostolate Children of the Eucharist, Young Missionaries of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, as well as by the Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima in Portugal. The Holy Hour will be broadcasted from the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Hanceville, Alabama, and led by EWTN’s chaplain, Fr. Joseph Mary Wolfe, MFVA.
“Throughout history, Our Lady of Fatima has led countless souls to Jesus,” a promotional video states. “In this time of Eucharistic revival, we join the children and youth of the world in a special Holy Hour with Our Lord in the Eucharist.”
“We invite you to gather with your family or at your school or church and pray with us here at the Shrine of the most Blessed Sacrament … together we will offer prayers and songs and honor the Immaculate Heart of Mary,” the video continues. “Come adore and console the sacred heart of Jesus during the Worldwide Children’s Holy Hour here on the Global Catholic Network, EWTN.”
The event has been supported by Bishop Andrew Cozzens, chairman of the National Eucharistic Congress.
